1.辣椒切好,和姜蒜放一起。

2.木耳泡好。洗好。

3.起锅放油。先把瘦肉炒熟。然后下入香干子。加盐炒香。然后打出来。装盘。这样炒就是为了香干子入盐味。

4.锅中放油,倒入辣椒姜蒜一起炒熟。加盐。和生抽。
